Signs of ADHD in adults

Common Symptoms of ADHD in Adults:

2. Difficulty with Concentration:

  • Carelessness and a tendency to overlook important details.
  • Frequently starting new tasks without completing previous ones.
  • Struggling with organisation and time management.
  • Difficulty staying focused during conversations, often zoning out or finding it hard to listen.
  • Frequently misplacing or forgetting important items.

3. Restlessness and Edginess:

  • A constant feeling of inner restlessness.
  • Finding it challenging to relax or unwind.
  • Constant craving for excitement and new experiences.
  • Frequently feeling bored and restless.
  • Difficulty staying quiet and calm.

4. Hyperactivity:

  • Inner agitation and the need to be constantly on the move.
  • A strong desire for high-energy activities and challenges.
  • Frequently interrupting conversations or blurting out responses impulsively.
  • Struggling with social timing or appropriate responses during interactions.

5. Mood Instability:

  • Frequent mood swings and heightened irritability.
  • Easily frustrated and quick-tempered, especially under stress.
  • Intolerance to stress and feeling flustered.
  • Extreme impatience and low frustration tolerance.
  • Low self-esteem and feelings of inadequacy.

6. Recklessness and Impulsivity:

  • Making decisions without fully considering potential consequences or risks.
